The Gamzix team keeps growing — and now we’re looking for a Senior BI Analyst who will turn data into clear insights and help shape product and commercial decisions behind our slot games.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain BI reports and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Looker/Metabase)
• Analyze product performance metrics such as GGR, NGR, Total Bet, RTP, Retention, DAU/WAU/MAU, and Session Length
• Prepare dashboards on commercial performance, including LTV by players/GEO/operators, market share, and ARPU
• Conduct a cohort analysis to identify the most profitable player categories
• Analyze player behavior, including funnels from the first spin, promo campaign participation, and engagement patterns
• Generate insights for game designers on mechanics and features that drive retention and monetization
• Support the sales team with analytics on partners and markets (e.g., operator growth and decline trends)
• Formulate hypotheses and design A/B tests for new game mechanics or promotional tools
• Work with databases (SQL), prepare data sets, and create exports
• Collaborate closely with product and commercial teams
   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to work with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with Tableau (experience with other BI tools is a plus)
• Excellent data visualization skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, dependencies, and propose actionable solutions
• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry would be a plus
• Solid understanding of key iGaming product metrics: GGR, NGR, Total Bet, RTP, Retention, DAU/WAU/MAU, Session Length, ARPU would be a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks and insights
• Excellent communication skills
• Data storytelling and presentation skills
• Proactive and self-driven approach to problem solving
• Strong ownership and accountability for results
