🚀 Marketing Designer — Fourmeta

About the role:

Fourmeta is looking for a talented Marketing Designer to join our team and help us create visually compelling marketing assets for international clients and internal products.

This role combines strong visual design with marketing thinking. You will work closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to build designs that drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.

You will contribute directly to how our brand and our clients’ products are perceived in the market.

🎨 Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets for digital channels: websites, landing pages, ads, email campaigns, social media, and presentations
• Translate marketing briefs and business goals into clear visual concepts
• Ensure visual consistency across campaigns and brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and product designers to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Create visuals for A/B tests and performance-driven experiments
• Adapt and scale designs for different formats, platforms, and regions
• Prepare assets for developers and marketing platforms
• Continuously follow design, branding, and marketing trends

🧠 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio with marketing-focused design work
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
• Experience in performance marketing (paid ads, CRO, funnels) is a plus
• Ability to work with design systems and brand guidelines
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Nice to Have:

• Motion design or video editing experience
• Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, etc.)
• Understanding of analytics, conversion optimization, and marketing funnels
• Experience in startup, agency, or fast-paced environments
