🌍About the Project

For our partner, a fast-growing iGaming group, we are looking for an experienced CRM Manager (Senior / Team Lead) to lead retention strategy for a newly launching online casino brand.

This is a key role with strong ownership: from building CRM processes from scratch to scaling retention mechanics and managing a growing CRM team as the brand matures.

 

πŸ“ Key Goals of the Role

  • Build and launch the CRM & retention strategy for a new casino brand
  • Increase player lifetime value (LTV), retention rate, and repeat deposits
  • Set up scalable CRM processes, automation, and analytics
  • Take ownership of CRM performance KPIs and team results

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Retention

  • Develop and implement CRM & retention strategy across the full player lifecycle
  • Design bonus mechanics, loyalty programs, VIP journeys, and reactivation flows
  • Own CRM KPIs: retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, conversion to repeat deposits

Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns:
    • Email, SMS, Push, In-app, Messengers
  • Build automated and triggered flows (onboarding, retention, churn, reactivation)
  • Run A/B tests on content, mechanics, timing, and segmentation

Segmentation & Analytics

  • Build advanced player segmentation based on behavior, value, and activity
  • Analyze CRM performance and provide clear insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with BI / Analytics teams on reporting and dashboards

Team & Cross-Functional Work

  • Act as Senior CRM expert or Team Lead (depending on future structure)
  • Mentor and guide CRM managers / specialists as the team scales
  • Collaborate with Marketing, VIP, Payments, and Support teams
  • Participate in CRM (GreyTech), setup flows, and process 

     

βœ…Requirements

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention in iGaming (casino is mandatory)
  • Proven experience launching or scaling CRM for a new or fast-growing brand
  • Strong understanding of player behavior, bonuses, and gamification mechanics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Optimove, Customer.io, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Confident working with segmentation, funnels, and CRM analytics
  • Experience owning KPIs and driving measurable business results

Nice to Have

  • Team lead or mentoring experience
  • Experience with multi-brand or multi-GEO casino products
  • Basic HTML knowledge for CRM templates
  • Experience working closely with VIP teams
