Junior Jira Administrator
Grandia Solutions is looking for a Junior Jira Administrator to help our team improve processes and productivity using Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. This is a great opportunity for students or entry-level specialists who want to grow in the IT field.
This role is ideal for students and junior-level candidates with strong English skills and a desire for continuous learning. You will receive comprehensive support and training materials to master Jira and other Atlassian tools, which will help you work effectively on client projects.
Responsibilities:
- Configure Jira workflows, schemes, fields, and automations according to project and team needs.
- Implement and manage Jira plugins to extend functionality.
- Provide user support, resolve technical issues, and respond to requests.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand requirements and create customized Jira solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement.
Requirements:
- Confident use of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- English — Intermediate level or higher.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow in the technology field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket).
- Ability to learn independently.
Collaboration format:
- Full-time (Monday–Friday)
- 100% remote work
Paid internship (with a stipend) for up to 3 months, followed by employment with the company. The internship is completed after obtaining the ACP-120 Jira Administration for Cloud certification.
