User Acquisition Manager (FB, mobile)

Rock&Apps is looking for a Facebook User Acquisition Manager to boost the team’s performance🚀

Location: Warsaw. Office / Hybrid

Format: Full-time

Seniority: Middle+ / Senior (We will assess your seniority not by years of experience, but by reviewing the case statistics you have worked with)

Vertical: utilities, subscription (experience in a similar vertical will be a plus)
 

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement effective advertising strategies for highly competitive products and target markets, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
• Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance using metrics like CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROI to maximize return on investment.
• Conduct competitors’ research, generating insights and presenting findings to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other specialists to bring your creative ideas for ads and landing pages to life.

What we’re looking for

• A strong understanding of Facebook algorithms.
• At least 3 year of experience with Facebook Ads tools.
• Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI.
• Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools.
• Good technical skills in FB Pixel and API.
• Experience managing >50k budgets in verticals with high competition.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Positive mindset and challenging spirit to push boundaries.
