Rock'n'Apps

Head of Mobile Marketing

Rock&Apps is looking for a Head of Mobile Marketing 🚀

At the moment, we have two strong performance marketing directions:
traffic acquisition via Meta (Facebook) and acquisition through ad networks (push, pop's).
Both directions are already delivering results, and the teams include strong specialists.

We are now approaching the next logical stage of growth — we need someone who will bring these directions together under unified strategic management.
This role is not about “keeping things running,” but about building a system and scaling it.

What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of two performance marketing directions
  • Build transparent and scalable processes

  • Experience in a similar role with ownership of a monthly marketing budget of $500k+.
  • Proven success in mobile app promotion across Tier 1 markets.
  • Previous experience as User Acquisition Manager
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, CPA networks, Google, etc.
  • A data-driven mindset and a strong desire to analyze and optimize acquisition performance, with excellent command of key performance and retention metrics: LTV, CPA, EROI, etc.
  • Practical experience with analytics platforms and tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.
  • Experience running marketing for multiple apps/products simultaneously.

  • Web2App experience (nice to have).
