Technical Lead / Senior Python Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Python.
• Own backend architecture and make key technical decisions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Lead backend delivery: planning, estimation, and execution.
• Integrate with payment providers, banks, and third-party services.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of the platform.

• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product and business teams.

   

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience (Python).
• Strong experience with fintech / payments / high-load systems.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, databases (PostgreSQL), and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Ability to take ownership of architecture and delivery.

   

As A Plus

• Experience with payment gateways and fintech regulations.

• Background in technical leadership or solution architecture
