Growth Product Manager (FinTech, Web3)

We’re looking for a sharp and driven Growth Product Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in Web3, fintech, or other high-tech domains.
• Proven track record launching blockchain-based products: protocols, DeFi/DAO solutions, wallets, custody platforms, payments, infrastructure services, or dApps.
• Hands-on experience managing integrations with blockchain platforms (EVM, L1/L2), data providers, custody services, on-/off-ramps, identity/KYC providers, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems: Ethereum/L2s, tokenomics, DeFi mechanics, governance, wallets, stablecoins, and security considerations.
• Experience working closely with legal/compliance teams in the Web3 space: regulatory requirements, licensing, risk evaluation, AML/KYC, token classification, and smart-contract audit processes.
• Skilled in gathering and shaping requirements from business goals, user research, and technical constraints.
• Expertise in feature management: task definition, prioritization, execution oversight, and risk management.
• Data-driven decision making with experience working with product metrics (retention, adoption, conversion) and protocol metrics (TVL, volume, fees).
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle: discovery → delivery

• End-to-end ownership of integration projects, from initial scoping to production rollout.

   

Responsibilities:

• Define product backlog and priorities based on business needs and Web3 market dynamics.
• Convert requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and well-structured backlog items.
• Coordinate daily with engineering to ensure clarity of requirements, progress, and blockers.
• Work closely with legal/compliance on regulatory alignment, risk assessment, and Web3-specific legal requirements.
• Lead end-to-end integration processes with blockchain platforms, wallets, data providers, and other Web3 services.
• Oversee sprint planning, grooming, and release cycles to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Validate product features through testing, QA coordination, and acceptance checks before deployment.
• Analyze usage metrics, partner feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Monitor changes in blockchain ecosystems (L1/L2, protocols, standards) and adjust the roadmap accordingly.
• Ensure that product features and integrations comply with regulatory, KYC/AML, and token-related requirements.
• Oversee audit needs, security considerations, and vendor risk for all Web3 components.
