About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team by identifying and contacting potential customers. You will focus on researching target companies, building prospect lists, and reaching out to decision-makers to generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists
- Conduct outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Write clear, professional outreach messages
- Track responses and hand off interested leads to the sales team
- Keep prospect data clean and up to date
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage prospect data
- Basic understanding of email best practices and compliance
