About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team by identifying and contacting potential customers. You will focus on researching target companies, building prospect lists, and reaching out to decision-makers to generate qualified leads.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect lists
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
  • Write clear, professional outreach messages
  • Track responses and hand off interested leads to the sales team
  • Keep prospect data clean and up to date

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage prospect data
  • Basic understanding of email best practices and compliance
