Account Manager
Turbo Games - builds some of the fastest and most engaging crash games in the iGaming industry, offering 40+ Provably Fair titles enjoyed by players worldwide. As we continue to grow our high-load, real-time game ecosystem, we’re looking for a Account Manager to strengthen our brand voice, craft compelling multi-platform content, and showcase the uniqueness of our products to partners and players alike 🚀
Responsibilities:
- Follow and be a part of the development of an account management strategy together with the team to ensure maximum partner satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Support product launches on partners’ platforms.
- Identify upselling opportunities and pitch them to the partner together with the sales team.
- Track partner performance on a daily basis and report on achievements in CRM.
- Identify performance pitfalls and address them with the partner.
- Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure effective communication and the realization of partners’ requests.
- Take control over partner invoicing.
- Take ownership of account performance and partner satisfaction, and ensure objectives are consistently met.
Key requirements
- 1/2 + years of account management. Experience in the gambling industry.
- English level B2+.
- Experience with CRM systems, Jira, Google products, and Microsoft products (a basic understanding of Figma is a plus).
- Ability to argue and defend one's point of view, and conduct negotiations correctly.
- Experience in handling objections and conflict resolution.
- Ability to quickly find answers to any questions within the team.
- Ability to work efficiently with large amounts of information.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in B2B account management.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Experience in Customer Success.
