Talent Acquisition Lead Offline

ArboStar is a SaaS company that develops and sells a unique CRM system tailored specifically for the Arboriculture industry. We are looking for a result-oriented partner to join our team, not just an executor. Your role will be crucial in scaling our technical talent, directly contributing to the development of our product, and working alongside leadership to build a world-class team.

We are not looking for someone to just "fill seats". We are seeking a strategic Talent Lead who has successfully built recruiting processes in a Product SaaS environment and knows how to close complex technical roles efficiently. You will own the full recruitment cycle and partner directly with our Founders to drive growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruiting pipeline, ensuring a high offer acceptance rate and quality of hire.
  • Go beyond job boards. Develop and execute headhunting strategies to attract passive A-players in the competitive SaaS market.
  • Audit and improve our current hiring funnel to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality. Bring best practices from your previous experience to build a predictable hiring engine.
  • Work directly with department heads to define hiring needs, calibrate requirements and manage expectations based on market reality.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill) to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
  • Ensure every candidate - whether hired or not - has a professional and positive interaction with the ArboStar brand.

 

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on Product SaaS companies.
  • You can provide specific examples of roles you’ve closed, processes you’ve built and metrics you’ve improved (e.g., "Closed X senior roles in Y months").
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives or Founders, you are comfortable advising them and pushing back when necessary.
  • You understand the difference between Java and JavaScript and you know how to assess the soft skills of a Senior Engineer.
  • Upper-intermediate English level is a must for communicating with international candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • You don’t need to be micro-managed. You see a problem, you propose a solution, and you fix it.
