Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for predictable and timely delivery of project initiatives for an operational product. This role includes full end-to-end ownership: planning, coordination, communication, risk management, and delivery tracking across internal teams and external vendors.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors (Platform, Integrators, Legal, Finance).
• Maintain a unified project backlog and ensure full transparency of tasks in Jira.
• Monitor deadlines, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.

Communication & Reporting

• Maintain a single information space for all stakeholders.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and unambiguous reports.
• Manage expectations and proactively escalate risks.

Processes & Documentation

• Facilitate project meetings (planning, syncs, retrospectives) and track action items.
• Keep documentation and knowledge base up to date in Confluence.
• Support and improve project management standards and best practices.

RequirementsHard Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (iGaming, Fintech, or Web Development).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence (workflows, dashboards, JQL).
• Experience working with distributed teams and external contractors.

Soft Skills
