What product will you be working on?
Skillsta is an app that helps users worldwide improve their social skills through short interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

What you'll be doing:
- Own the complete A/B testing cycle — from hypothesis generation and test design to dashboards, insights, and learnings that fuel the next iteration.
- Uncover growth opportunities by diving deep into data and turning insights into meaningful business impact.
- Co-create and implement ideas with the team that align with our product vision and drive measurable results.
- Analyse markets and competitors to discover new angles and opportunities for growth.
- Explore user behavior and content interactions to shape data-informed decisions.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations that move the business forward.
- Continuously learn, experiment, and apply cutting-edge tools and practices to stay ahead of the curve.
We're looking for you if you have:
- 1+ years of experience as a Product, Data, or Marketing Analyst.
- Solid understanding of mathematics and statistics.
- Hands-on experience working with databases (SQL).
- Experience with A/B testing or a strong grasp of its core principles.
- Understanding of product metrics and how they’re connected.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc).
- Embrace team values and thrive in a collaborative environment (SELECT).

Working schedule
This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself: whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.
