We're looking for a Financial / Data Operations Specialist to join our team.
 

Responsibilities

  • Work with numerical and financial data, including balance calculations, percentages, and basic accounting logic
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using Google Sheets
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reports
  • Identify discrepancies, deviations, and errors in data; investigate root causes and correct them
  • Perform routine, repetitive daily tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Work with data processing and reporting tools, including connecting advertising accounts to spend reports
  • Read, understand, and follow technical documentation for internal tools and platforms
  • Communicate actively in English with team members via chats and online meetings
  • Answer questions related to numbers and reports, explain calculations, and support colleagues in understanding data

     

Requirements

  • Confident English communication skills (written and spoken); ability to work in chats and participate in online meetings
  • Strong attention to numbers and details; ability to self-check work and detect inconsistencies
  • Solid understanding of basic mathematical and financial calculations (balances, percentages, simple financial logic)
  • Analytical mindset and interest in working with data
  • Confident user of Google Sheets:
    • working with tables
    • using formulas
    • building clear, well-structured reports
    • ability to create pivot tables
  • Ability and willingness to perform routine daily work with consistent focus and accuracy
  • Readiness to learn new tools and systems for data processing

Nice to Have

  • Experience or familiarity with tools such as Supermetrics, Dataslayer, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads
  • Experience working with data extraction, reporting, or advertising spend reports
  • Interest in or basic knowledge of automation and scripting tools such as:
    • Google Apps Script
    • Google Ads Scripts
    • JavaScript
    • SQL
    • API requests
    • BigQuery
