Web Developer Offline

We’re looking for a Web Developer to own day-to-day execution and maintenance of our website in Webflow. You’ll build new pages based on Figma designs, improve existing pages, set up CMS collections and dynamic templates, and ensure forms, analytics, and SEO fundamentals work reliably.

A key part of this role is consistency: each week we agree on the number of hours needed based on the current workload, and you deliver those hours within the week.

Key responsibilities

• Build new pages in Webflow based on finalized Figma designs.
• Update and maintain existing pages, layouts, and components.
• Create and manage Webflow CMS collections, templates, and CMS-driven pages.
• Set up and maintain forms (validation, submissions, integrations where needed).
• Maintain SEO hygiene: metadata, headings structure, internal linking, redirects, image optimization.
• Support and validate GA4 tracking (basic events, conversions, form submissions).
• Collaborate with the team to estimate weekly workload and report progress.
   

Required Qualifications

Webflow & delivery

• Strong hands-on experience with Webflow (layouts, components, responsive behavior, basic interactions).
• Good skill in translating Figma designs into accurate Webflow pages with attention to detail.
• Experience building and maintaining CMS collections and dynamic templates in Webflow.

• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Webflow forms.

   

Analytics & SEO basics

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4): verifying tracking and basic event/conversion setups.
• Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals (meta tags, headings, alt text, indexation basics).
   

Reliability & communication

• Ability to commit to a weekly pre-agreed number of hours and deliver them predictably (hours may vary week to week, but are confirmed in advance).
• Clear, proactive communication about progress, blockers, and timelines.
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Make (Integromat) for automations (form → CRM/Sheets/email workflows).
• Basic HTML/CSS (and light JS) for embeds and advanced Webflow customizations.
• Experience improving performance (Core Web Vitals/Lighthouse), image optimization, and page speed.
• Familiarity with technical SEO (redirect mapping, canonical tags, sitemap/robots basics).
