Senior Full-stack .NET, C#, TSQL, React

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build features and modules for our web-based e-grocery platform, ensuring high reliability and performance from database and backend metrics to browser compatibility.
- Design and implement data models, stored procedures and APIs supporting complex business processes.
- Perform relational database model and T-SQL performance tuning.
- Apply AI tooling (Claude, GitHub Copilot, autonomous agents) for code generation, testing and code reviews.
- Support and improve CI/CD infrastructure and automation tools.
- Work on test automation at different levels (unit testing, end-to-end testing).
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high code quality standards.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends in e-grocery, web technologies and AI-driven development, and proactively suggest improvements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a .NET Developer.
- 7+ years of experience with advanced Microsoft SQL Server use cases and T-SQL programming.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+) and related technologies.
- Experience with high-volume, mission-critical projects.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, CodeGPT).
- CI/CD mindset and solid automated-testing practice.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with a result-focused approach.
- Upper-intermediate English for daily stand-ups with U.S. stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE

- Practical experience with React Native mobile application development.
- Experience building high-volume platform/marketplace architecture in e-commerce.
- DDD or micro-frontends experience.
- Open-source contributions, tech blogging or conference talks on AI/engineering.
