Chief Commercial Officer

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Director / Head of Sales / BizDev Director in iGaming, esports, adtech, or influencer marketing;
  • Proven experience in building sales systems, CRM funnels, forecasting, and analytics;
  • Track record of managing and closing large B2B deals ($100k+ per month with a team);
  • Ability to develop commercial positioning and go-to-market strategy;
  • Strong public communication and brand representation skills;
  • Hands-on approach and readiness to build and optimize team processes;

Preferred:

  • Established network of contacts: advertisers, agencies, streamers/influencers, gaming and esports platforms;
  • Understanding of AI, OBS, and streaming platform technologies;
  • Experience managing marketing or PR teams;
  • English — Advanced level; Russian — fluent;
  • Willingness to travel and participate in industry events.

    Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy and Development:
  • Development and implementation of sales, partnerships, and integrations strategy;
  • Structuring commercial offers and monetization models;
  • Expanding the company’s market presence: entering new verticals, regions, and formats (Kick, YouTube, eSports, iGaming);
  • Developing strategic partnerships with major brands, publishers, and agencies;


    Sales and Client Management:

  • Building the sales funnel, KPIs, and revenue forecasting system;
  • Personal networking and participation in closing major deals ($100k+);
  • Contract execution control, increasing LTV, and client retention;
  • Together with the COO — ensuring operational quality of executed campaigns;


    Analytics and Unit Economics:

  • Creating a reporting, analytics, and performance control system (revenue, margin, ROI, CPA, LTV);
  • Together with the finance function — managing P&L and revenue forecasting;
  • Implementing CRM tools, automating pipeline and retention processes;


    Marketing, PR, and Positioning:

  • Participation in conferences, interviews, collaborations, and panels — building the company’s public image as a leader in AI video advertising;
  • Influencing product strategy: developing new ad formats, active participation in roadmap sessions;
  • Together with the COO — working on a marketing plan to attract new clients.
