🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (Fintech / EMI)

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our global Sales team.
You’ll focus on high-value partnerships, enterprise deals, and international growth.

 

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in Business Development or Sales (fintech, payments, regulated environments)
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale, high-value deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
  • Advanced English and ability to travel

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience building partnerships with FIs, startups, or enterprises
  • Understanding of fintech trends (payments, blockchain, AI)
  • Knowledge of KYC/KYB processes
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (MBA is a plus)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships aligned with growth goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to long-term partnership management
  • Drive expansion into new markets and industries
  • Collaborate with Legal, Product, Compliance, and Marketing teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitors
  • Report on pipeline, revenue, and partnership performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
