Responsibilities

• Improve platform performance, reliability, and speed
• Lead hands-on dev across TypeScript/Node, React, Postgres/Mongo/MySQL
• Evolve architecture into modular, scalable systems
• Structure prompts, pipelines, and context management cleanly
• Improve engineering hygiene: testing, traceability, standards
• Turn product direction into clear, scoped engineering plans

• Enable predictable delivery and reduce operational overhead

   

Requirements

Technical

• 6–10+ years building and scaling production systems
• Proven ability to stabilize complex codebases and improve architecture
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills
• Exposure to LLM/AI integrations

• Familiarity with Azure/AWS or similar cloud infra
