Project Manager with Account Management Functions for SaaS

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary entry point for customer interactions, handling inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Gather and assess customer requirements for solutions development.

- Convert customer needs and bug reports into detailed tasks for the development team. Get the missing details from the customers.

- Coordinate with the development team to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, actively resolving any issues.

- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, providing updates on project status and responding to any changes in requirements.

- Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

- Facilitate upselling opportunities, focusing on paid work and modification services to enhance customer engagement and revenue.

- Provide valuable customer feedback to the product development team for future improvements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the SaaS or travel industry.

- Account Management experience is highly appreciated.

- Advanced English, both written and spoken.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.

- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is required.
