About the Role:

We’re building a cutting-edge national digital platform that will power state exam management at scale. This is a high-impact, high-visibility project backed by government institutions. The scope is expected to expand over time, requiring ongoing analytical support, close collaboration with stakeholders, and active participation in shaping future functionality.

About the team:
You’ll join a cross-functional squad including an architect, PM, backend and frontend devs, DevOps, and QA engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working on complex and/or government IT projects.
• Strong skills in requirements management and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and frequent changes.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

   

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in governmental or regulatory projects.
• Experience working with system integrations and external dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements.
• Work with evolving and changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Prepare, maintain, and support SRS and technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in requirements clarification sessions with the Client and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Development, and QA teams.
• Support and maintain the change management process, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals.
