Magister Hydraulics is a US-based manufacturer and distributor of hydraulic cylinders and components. We serve B2C and B2B customers across multiple platforms, including our WooCommerce website, Amazon, and eBay stores. Our team operates fully remotely, with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and steady growth.

We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen our online marketing team, oversee day-to-day marketing operations, and expand our brand presence across all sales channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Website (WooCommerce)

Manage and optimize products, categories, pricing, and promotions.

Oversee website content updates (banners, landing pages, seasonal promotions).

Track site performance, CRO improvements, and SEO efforts.

Coordinate with web developers and the content creation team

 

2. Marketplaces

Oversee Seller Central operations from the marketing side.

Optimize product listings (SEO, content, images, videos).

Oversee PPC campaigns.

Monitor Account Health, reviews, customer messages, and KPIs.

 

3. Advertising & Performance Marketing

Oversee Google/Microsoft/Meta Ads, Amazon PPC, and other campaigns

Perform ongoing optimization to improve ROAS/ACoS.

Prepare monthly reports.

 

4. Content & Social Media

Manage content calendar (blog posts, social media, video content).

Oversee creation of product videos, infographics, and promo materials.

Work with designers and video editors as needed.

 

5. Email Marketing

Plan and execute email campaigns (promotions, educational content).

Optimize automations and customer lifecycle flows.

Manage list segmentation and deliverability.

 

6. Analytics & Reporting

Analyze performance across all channels (Google Analytics, Amazon, WooCommerce).

Provide KPI reports.

Recommend data-driven improvements to sales funnels.

 

 

Requirements

3+ years of experience in e-commerce digital marketing.

Experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace optimization will be a plus.

Experience with WooCommerce.

Strong understanding of performance marketing (context ads, target ads).

English B2 or higher

Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools.

Experience with Figma or other design tools is a plus.

Skilled spreadsheet user.

Experience in industrial markets is a plus.
