Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
who will build and run a predictable outbound lead generation system for Orbios.
Your focus is not “marketing for everything”, but:
targeted outreach → qualified conversations → real clients.
You will work directly with the founder and core team, turning our AI and software expertise into a steady flow of qualified B2B leads.

Role Overview
This is a practical outbound role.
Your main goal is to create a simple, measurable and repeatable outreach funnel that consistently brings the right prospects to founder calls.
No mass spam.
No “5 clients because we got lucky this month”.
Only structured outreach, clear numbers, and predictable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and select target companies and decision-makers (Europe, Australia, US and other English-speaking markets).
- Run outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and relevant platforms.
- Manage follow-ups and improve reply and booking rates.
- Track basic funnel metrics (opens, replies, booked calls) and learn from results.
- Qualify leads: understand need, timing and budget.
- Prepare short, clear briefs for the founder before calls (company, context, possible angle).
- Maintain a clean lead pipeline (Google Sheets or simple CRM).
- Coordinate with the team on basic sales materials (one-pagers, short decks, cases).
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT and others) to speed up research and drafting, with human-quality final messaging.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, business development or lead generation in IT / digital / services.
- Proven experience with outbound lead generation (email, LinkedIn or similar channels).
- Strong written and spoken English:
- Ukraine: C1 or higher,
- Philippines: confident business English.
- Ability to write clear, concise and non-spam outreach messages.
- Comfortable working with numbers (reply rate, booked calls, simple funnel metrics).
- Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and basic lead tracking tools.
- Partnership mindset: you think in terms of long-term value for the company and clients.
- You understand why you do each activity and how it impacts revenue.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI, SaaS or software development companies.
- Understanding of delivery basics: scope, rate, hours, MVP, roadmap.
- Experience working with clients from Europe, Australia or the US.
- Experience supporting founders or senior leaders in sales / discovery preparation.
