Junior Affiliate Marketing Manager

INB.bio is a direct advertiser and affiliate platform operating in 15 countries. We are rapidly growing as a wellness brand in the nutra niche and expanding our affiliate network across promising markets in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Due to our growth, we are looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager. Someone who already has basic experience in nutra and affiliate marketing and is ready to take responsibility and grow quickly within our team.
This is not a Trainee position. You must already have initial relevant experience and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Searching for, attracting, and developing partners (webmasters, affiliate networks, media buying teams)
• Daily communication with partners and maintaining long-term relationships
• Analyzing partner performance and working with analytical reports
• Supporting partners in launching campaigns and resolving offer-related questions
• Representing the brand at international conferences and industry events

Requirements (Junior level):

Mandatory. Basic experience in the Nutra niche (working with nutra offers, affiliate networks, media buying teams, or related roles)
• Ability and readiness to travel and attend international conferences/events
• English level. B1 or higher
• Initial experience or understanding of affiliate marketing / digital marketing
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage business correspondence
• Initiative, fast learning, and the ability to work independently

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with affiliate networks or traffic channels (Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Understanding of the CPA model
• Participation in industry conferences (Affiliate World, MAC, TES, etc.)
• Skills in CRM systems, Excel / Google Sheets, Notion
