Retention Manager

We are a fast-growing wellness and nutraceutical brand looking for an experienced Retention Manager to work with our customers and increase their loyalty.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies
  • Set up and manage automations in Klaviyo (required experience): email campaigns, segmentation, personalization.
  • Analyze customer behavior and create programs to increase repeat purchases.
  • Work with Shopify, managing order processes and customer interactions.
  • Continuously improve retention metrics
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Klaviyo and Shopify. Klaviyo experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in D2C and e-commerce, understanding online store operations and SaaS tools.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, automations, and customer data management.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and eager to grow with the company.
