Retention Manager
We are a fast-growing wellness and nutraceutical brand looking for an experienced Retention Manager to work with our customers and increase their loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies
- Set up and manage automations in Klaviyo (required experience): email campaigns, segmentation, personalization.
- Analyze customer behavior and create programs to increase repeat purchases.
- Work with Shopify, managing order processes and customer interactions.
- Continuously improve retention metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Klaviyo and Shopify. Klaviyo experience is mandatory.
- Experience in D2C and e-commerce, understanding online store operations and SaaS tools.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, automations, and customer data management.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and eager to grow with the company.
