Job Description:

We are looking for a strong junior/middle Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI and related technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration and ongoing management of the My Way app (SpotMe no‑code platform);
• Design and maintenance of SharePoint-based communication platforms;
• Process automation using Power Platform and PwC tools (incl. calendar bookings, workflows, visa letters);
• Power BI dashboards, reporting, and analytics (incl. Alumni Impact Report, ROI metrics, Net Zero reporting);
• Adoption and practical use of AI tools, including quality assurance of AI outputs;
• Continuous improvement through new technology and process innovations;
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into efficient automation solutions.

Core Requirements:

• Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Row-Level Security (RLS); 
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric; 
• Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Lists; 
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate, both Cloud and Desktop versions.
• Written and spoken English at B2 level.
