Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain) to $4800

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the healthcare domain to join an international team building a mobile product used by a global audience. This is a long-term B2B contract with a fully remote setup.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll be the key BA for a mobile healthcare application, collaborating closely with product, engineering, QA, and growth teams. Your focus will include requirements gathering, feature scoping, mobile analytics, performance reporting, and ensuring smooth delivery across iOS/Android environments.
 

You will support areas such as:

• Push notifications, deep linking, reporting, monitoring
• App distribution, performance tracking, and optimization

• ASO, mobile SEO, and attribution analytics (Appsflyer is essential)
   

   

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and translate business & technical requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage backlog refinement, feature impact analysis, and release coordination
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and data privacy requirements
• Support dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and attribution reporting
   

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst
• Healthcare industry experience (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of mobile apps (iOS/Android), deep links, push systems
• Hands-on experience with Appsflyer
• Proven work in ASO, SEO, and mobile growth analytics
• Advanced English (C1)
• Solid documentation, gap analysis, and cross-team communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
   

Nice-to-Have

• Background with telehealth/digital health products
• Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel)

• Experience supporting mobile development teams
