Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Kyiv. As a Project specialist you will shape how our cloud services evolve from idea to revenue, and how the organization around them actually works. You will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations and engineering, turning market insight, customer feedback and internal constraints into clear product bets and roadmap decisions.

Main responsibilities:
 

  • Product ideation, discovery and strategy:

    -Conduct customer interviews, analyze competitors, and assess market opportunities;
    -Align and priorities with GTM, operations, and strategic stakeholders;
    -Identify growth opportunities, analyze funnel drop-offs, define and measure GTM growth experiments with marketing and sales.
     
  • Product analytics and improvements:

    -Build dashboards and run diagnostic analyses to understand product and business metric shifts;
    - Analyze sales funnels and churn data to uncover issues and opportunities;
    - Convert user feedback into structured problem statements and actionable backlog items;
    -Own pricing and packaging updates and track unit economics with finance and sales.
     
  • Product delivery and launches:

    -Drive cross-functional decision-making, manage stakeholder expectations and conflicts;
    -Provide business context for architectural choices, sequencing, and technical trade-offs;
    -In close collaboration with marketing team, develop product messaging, enable & train sales on new capabilities, prepare collateral, support launches and complex deals.
     
  • Transformation and improvement projects:

    -Optimize and automate product workflows, maintain accurate product/catalog data across systems;
    -Plan and manage cross-team improvement projects, ensuring alignment, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
     

Required experience and skills:
 

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, enterprise delivery / project management, business analysis, product management or equivalent;
  • Would be a plus: mix of backgrounds (sales + project management, project management + business analysis, project management + product management).
