Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an Account with strong initiative, negotiation, and communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients (platforms) and partners (game providers).

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Help clients and partners through email, online presentations, screen-share and calls.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing process
  • Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Liaise between the clients and internal teams

     

Requirements:

  • Exceptional negotiation communication skills 
  • Proficient in English at both written and spoken
  • Industry experience in slot games is a plus
  • Experience as an account manager, sales representative, or business development manager in a gambling or tech company.
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
