Senior Technical Artist (Unity)
We are looking for a talented Technical Artist with a solid understanding of 3D content creation, optimization, and integration processes for mobile platforms.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for updating and optimizing our rendering pipeline to bring the game’s visuals closer to a Double/Triple-A mobile quality level.
This role is offered as a part-time position and can be structured as project-based work or a consulting engagement.

What you’ll be working on:
- Integrating 3D assets into the project.
- Profiling and optimizing 3D content for mobile platforms.
- Collaborating closely with artists and developers to maintain an efficient production pipeline.
- Ensuring solid performance on low-end devices while delivering high-quality visuals on high-end devices.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist.
- Strong understanding of 3D content creation and integration workflows.
- Hands-on experience with 3D content optimization, including CPU/RAM usage, draw calls/batching, and asset size management.
- Experience in shader creation, integration, and optimization.
- Experience working with VFX, particle systems, lighting, and animations in Unity.
- Ability to analyze, refine, and improve workflows to enhance team productivity.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous learning and high-quality work standards.
- English — Intermediate level or higher.
Bonus Points:
- Experience creating custom Unity Editor tools.
- Experience working with 2D asset pipelines.
- Experience with 2D animation.
- C# scripting skills.
