TA Specialist

We are looking for a TA Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in E2E international recruitment (including tech and business positions)
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian languages, advanced level of English

Will be plus:

- Experience in mentoring/leading the team of recruiters as a Team Lead or a deputy
- Familiarity of experience in iGaming
- Experience in participating onsite Tech/business conferences

Soft skills:

- Solid communication skills in negotiations up to Head level of candidates, hiring managers
- Team work orientation
- Attentive to details
- Thrive in fast changing environment

Responsibilities:
- E2E recruitment process in line with hiring plans.
- Create great candidate experience during the whole recruiting process, keep in touch with potential candidates for the future.
- Building strong partner relationships with hiring managers.
- Searching for candidates, working with job sites, social networks, specialised forums, writing attractive job descriptions and publications. - Generating new ways and approaches to attract the best specialists of the market.
- Conducting full HR interviews using various methods and approaches.
- Maintenance of ATS and corporate reporting system.
- Participate in onsite professional conferences and exhibitions all over the world.
- Mentorship training for TA Tech newcomers.
- Labor market analysis.
