Project Coordinator/ Project Manager

As a Project Coordinator / Project Manager, you will support the execution of complex technical projects, streamline communication among teams, and ensure our ML experts stay aligned.

This role involves managing workflows, overseeing Jira processes, supporting sprint activities, and ensuring that all stakeholders remain informed and aligned. You will continuously contribute to improving delivery processes across the organization.
 

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in project coordination or project management within tech or data-oriented environments. You will work closely with engineering leaders to ensure that project plans support the business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain transparent communication and ensure timely information flow
• Coordinate daily team activities, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Manage project plans, backlogs, and task flow using Jira
• Prepare status reports, documentation, updates, and delivery summaries for stakeholders
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, retrospectives)
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating when needed

Requirements:

• English C1 — required for daily communication with customers (US/ EU)
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira (workflows, boards, backlog management)
• Experience working with IT products (Software Development Lifecycle)

Nice to Have:

• Experience or understanding in ML/AI or Data fields
• Technical background or university diploma
