Supply Chain Manager - Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
 

  1. Warehouse Operations Control
    • Daily monitoring and accounting of warehouse inventory movements (receipts, write-offs, transfers, returns).
    • Working with internal spreadsheets and inventory systems (e.g., Google Sheets).
    • Timely updates of stock levels.
  2. Inventory and Auditing
    • Conducting regular stock reconciliations: daily, weekly, monthly, and upon request.
    • Participation in scheduled and unscheduled inventory counts.
    • Identifying discrepancies between physical and system data, analyzing root causes, and proposing corrective actions.
    • Ensuring accurate warehouse data in Power BI: data preparation and verification, communication with analysts as needed.
  3. Logistics and Shipment Management
    • Organizing and monitoring Amazon FBA shipments:
    • Preparing FBA shipments.
    • Ensuring packaging compliance with Amazon requirements (dimensions, weight, labeling).
    • Timely tracking of shipping and delivery timelines.
    • Managing Shopify and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) order shipments:
    • Overseeing packaging and order processing deadlines.
    • Coordinating local deliveries.
  4. Procurement Planning
    • Analyzing current inventory and sales forecasts.
    • Determining stock replenishment needs for each SKU.
    • Creating purchase orders considering MOQs, lead times, and current stock.
    • Preparing procurement plans in quantity and value, coordinating them with the finance department.
  5. Vendor Sourcing and Coordination
    • Assisting in searching for and selecting new suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers (including 3PL, packaging companies, etc.) primarily in the U.S.
    • Collecting and analyzing commercial proposals.
    • Supporting communication with new vendors during onboarding and the start of cooperation.
     

Requirements:

  1. Working in the U.S. time zone
    Full-time schedule aligned with the U.S. market:
    8 AM – 5 PM EST
  2. English B2+ level, sufficient for conducting calls
  3. Google Sheets / Excel – advanced level: formulas, filters, pivot tables, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  4. Preferably experience working in a warehouse and/or experience as an Operations Coordinator (inventory management, stock control, shipments)
