About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer (PHP) to help us build secure, scalable and high-performance fintech products. You’ll work with modern tech, influence architecture, and contribute to a platform used globally.

Tech Stack

• PHP 8.3, Symfony
• PostgreSQL, MySQL
• REST API
• ClickHouse (nice to have)
• Redis (nice to have)
• Composer
• Russian language — required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services (PHP 8.3 + Symfony).
• Build and optimize relational databases.
• Create and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with high-load analytics (ClickHouse — optional).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Must have:

• Strong PHP 8.3 + Symfony experience
• PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Experience with REST APIs
• Fluent Russian

Nice to have:
ClickHouse, Redis, Composer, DB optimization, basic Go

Interview Process
