About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to design and deliver high-impact automation solutions. You will work on complex workflows, integrate backend systems, build reusable frameworks, and guide junior developers. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable automations 
• Lead solution design for automation initiatives 
• Integrate automations with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, cloud services) 
• Build reusable modules, libraries, and frameworks 
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance 
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards 
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions 
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis 
• Implement strong logging, monitoring, and exception-handling mechanisms 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 4+ years of experience in automation development 
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, C#, Java, or similar 
• Experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate. 
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST/JSON, and integration patterns 
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases 
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently 

• Professional English communication skills (spoken and written) 

   

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with cloud automation (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Run) 
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS/SNS, Pub/Sub) 
• Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible) 

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
