In this role, you will:

• Serve as a strategic partner to managers for Product Teams, providing insights and HR-driven solutions to address business challenges, and contributing to business decisions and strategy development from an HR perspective
•  Monitor and analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that enhance team performance, engagement, and retention
• Lead and facilitate full employee lifecycle incl. onboarding, offboarding, engagement and retention initiatives to nurture a positive culture, strengthen belonging, and support employee growth within the assigned business area
• Drive organizational change and workforce planning in partnership with business leaders, ensuring the right talent, structure, and capabilities are in place to achieve strategic goals
• Implement HR initiatives and change management activities in close collaboration with the Head of HR Business Partnership, ensuring consistent execution and business alignment
•  Provide strategic advice to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations, resolving complex issues with sound judgment and fairness
• Coach and mentor managers to build people leadership capabilities, promote accountability, and foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) as an HR Business Partner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex decisions
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide data-driven recommendations
• Experience with organizational design, change management, and talent development
• Upper-intermediate English & fluent Ukrainian

As a plus:

• Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic industry
• Familiarity with HR tools and systems, such as HRIS platforms
