In this role, you will:
- Serve as a strategic partner to managers for Product Teams, providing insights and HR-driven solutions to address business challenges, and contributing to business decisions and strategy development from an HR perspective
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that enhance team performance, engagement, and retention
- Lead and facilitate full employee lifecycle incl. onboarding, offboarding, engagement and retention initiatives to nurture a positive culture, strengthen belonging, and support employee growth within the assigned business area
- Drive organizational change and workforce planning in partnership with business leaders, ensuring the right talent, structure, and capabilities are in place to achieve strategic goals
- Implement HR initiatives and change management activities in close collaboration with the Head of HR Business Partnership, ensuring consistent execution and business alignment
- Provide strategic advice to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations, resolving complex issues with sound judgment and fairness
- Coach and mentor managers to build people leadership capabilities, promote accountability, and foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) as an HR Business Partner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex decisions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide data-driven recommendations
- Experience with organizational design, change management, and talent development
- Upper-intermediate English & fluent Ukrainian
As a plus:
- Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic industry
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems, such as HRIS platforms
