About the role:

Fourmeta is looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality of an AI-powered product in the iGaming sector.

Your main goal will be to ensure product quality through structured manual testing and efficient bug tracking. You will focus on validating core product features, especially AI-driven assistants and user-facing workflows, playing a critical role in delivering a stable and reliable platform.

🧪 Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of core product features, with special attention to AI-driven assistants and user-facing workflows
• Simulate real user scenarios to identify issues that automated tests may miss
• Conduct critical testing before major releases and system integrations
• Document, track, and verify bugs using bug tracking systems
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that issues are clearly reported and resolved efficiently
• Contribute to improving QA processes and product quality standards

🧠 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience in testing complex web platforms or SaaS products
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to write clear and structured bug reports
• Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• Experience testing AI-driven products or chatbot/assistant-based systems
• Experience in iGaming or related industries
• Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing
• Experience with test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
