About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & FP&A Analysis

• Conduct complex data analysis to support financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, scenario planning, and variance analysis, using data-driven insights to inform business strategies.
• Translate large datasets into actionable financial insights, making data accessible and understandable for decision-makers.
• Perform variance analysis, investigating key drivers and trends in financial performance.

Automated Reporting & Data Visualization

• Design and build automated, API-integrated dashboards and reporting tools for both internal operations and client deliverables.
• Leverage business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to create interactive financial dashboards, streamlining workflows and ensuring data accuracy.
• Present financial and operational data in clear, polished, and visually engaging formats that enhance client engagement and internal decision-making.

Data Integrity & Process Optimization

• Implement and refine data validation and reconciliation processes, ensuring the integrity and consistency of financial data.
• Develop scalable analytical systems and automated reporting environments to enhance data workflows and improve overall reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, FP&A, financial modeling, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with a strong background in financial modeling, complex formulas, and data validation.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or custom-built workflows) for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to synthesize large datasets into clear financial narratives.
• Experience in automating reporting processes and integrating API-driven dashboards for streamlined data operations.
