Warehouse Sales \ Operations Coordinator (US Warehouse) to $3000

Grandex is an international logistics company operating across China, the USA, Europe, UAE, the UK, and Australia.

We are launching a new warehouse direction in the USA, and we are looking for a strong, flexible specialist who can combine warehouse operations understanding with the ability to sell warehouse services.

This is an early-stage role:
no strict checklists, no fully built processes, no templates yet.
You will work closely with sales, join client chats, and help convert logistics clients into warehouse clients.

This role is not about managing people or deliveries.
It is about selling, coordinating, structuring, and building from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Selling warehouse services (storage, labeling, repacking, additional handling)
• Joining sales chats to upsell warehouse services together with logistics
• Communicating with clients regarding warehouse-related requests
• Understanding warehouse workflows and explaining them to clients
• Coordinating inbound/outbound operations with the US warehouse
• Working with WMS systems (or readiness to learn fast and independently)
• Managing data in CRM, spreadsheets, task trackers (Trello or similar)

• Building basic processes, templates, and workflows from scratch

   

Skills

• Understanding of inbound / outbound warehouse processes
• Sales or service selling experience (B2B)
• Client communication and negotiation
• WMS systems (any) — basic or practical experience
• CRM systems, Google Sheets / Excel
• Task management tools (Trello, Notion, similar)

Additional skills (very important)

• Ability to work without ready-made processes
• High adaptability and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to experiment, test, and improve workflows
• Strong self-organization and responsibility
• Confident use of ChatGPT / AI tools for daily work(research, structuring, explanations, documentation)

Language proficiency

• English — not required
  (communication support via AI tools is acceptable)

• Ukrainian / Russian — working proficiency
