Operations and CMS manager for online casino
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of our online casino. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the SoftSwiss CMS, with a strong focus on building and managing game sections, tournaments, promotional pages, and all ongoing CMS content updates. In addition, this role plays a key part in coordinating cross-functional operational workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration between Design, Content, Marketing, CRM, and Development teams to deliver projects and campaigns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
SoftSwiss CMS Management
- Create, update, and optimise game categories, lobbies, landing pages, and tournament pages within the SoftSwiss CMS.
- Upload and configure new game releases, including metadata, tags, artwork, and provider assets.
- Implement and maintain promotional content, banners, and dynamic components across the site.
- Ensure all onsite content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand and regulatory guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
Operational Project Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of casino campaigns, tournaments, new feature rollouts, and product updates.
- Coordinate workflow between Design, Content, Development, Marketing, CRM and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain operational calendars, deadlines, and documentation to ensure smooth campaign production.
- Track tasks, identify blockers, escalate issues, and ensure projects meet quality standards.
- Assist with QA of onsite changes, ensuring all updates are functional and visually correct before go-live.
Production Flow & Process Management
- Oversee the end-to-end production cycle for content and campaign assets.
- Gather requirements, create briefs, and organise task allocation for relevant teams.
- Ensure that all assets, copy, and technical elements are delivered according to spec and integrated correctly in CMS.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and inter-team communication.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with CRM on promotional setups and segmentation requirements.
- Coordinate with Marketing on campaign timelines, messaging, and creative needs.
- Liaise with Development for CMS improvements, bug fixes, or new feature requests.
- Partner with Design to ensure creative assets follow brand and platform guidelines.
- Align with Compliance to ensure content meets regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- 1โ3+ years experience in online casino operations, CMS management, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SoftSwiss CMS (or other casino platforms) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of casino verticals: games, providers, tournaments, promotions.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Basic technical understanding (HTML, CMS structures, asset formats) is a plus.
- Familiarity with project/task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
