Product Owner (DACH Market)

 

We are looking for a Product Owner with strong experience in the DACH region to take ownership of a fast-scaling iGaming brand.

This role is perfect for someone who wants real influence, fast execution, and freedom to shape the product and growth strategy.

You will work directly with the founders and collaborate with central marketing, CRM, and analytics teams β€” without bureaucracy or slow decision-making.

 

What You Will Do

Product Ownership

 β€’ Own product roadmap, KPIs, performance and player experience.

 β€’ Optimize core funnels: registration β†’ FTD β†’ retention β†’ reactivation.

 β€’ Improve UX flows, bonus systems, promo mechanics and player journeys.

 β€’ Lead acquisition & activation strategy for DACH GEO.

 β€’ Coordinate initiatives with CRM, VIP, BI, and Marketing teams.

 β€’ Translate player feedback, data insights and market trends into product improvements.

Business & Growth Responsibilities

 β€’ Monitor key metrics and identify growth opportunities.

 β€’ Run A/B tests and build hypotheses to improve conversion and LTV.

 β€’ Develop market-specific strategies for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

 β€’ Work closely with founders to report progress and shape long-term direction.

Retention Collaboration

 β€’ Align retention and CRM plans with product goals.

 β€’ Support creation of automated, personalized communication flows (Customer.io/Braze/Optimove).

 β€’ Ensure campaign logic and product logic are fully synchronized for maximum impact.

 

Who You Are

βœ” 3+ years of product experience only in iGaming: such as Product Owner, Brand Manager, Growth Lead, Country Manager

βœ” Strong understanding of DACH market (Germany is a big plus)

βœ” Deep knowledge of casino product mechanics, player psychology & user funnels

βœ” Hands-on experience with data, metrics, player segmentation, A/B testing

βœ” Experience collaborating with CRM, Acquisition, VIP, BI, Creative & Tech teams

βœ” Strong ownership mindset β€” you drive results, not tasks

βœ” Excellent communication & ability to work cross-functionally

 

Nice To Have

β€’ Experience with Curacao-licensed operators

β€’ Knowledge of retention tools: Customer.io

β€’ Background in VIP, CRM, Growth, or Creative

β€’ Experience building automated promo / trigger-based systems
