Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer (IRC283616)

Job Description

• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Be able to take customer journeys and user stories and feed into an Experience Design
• Creating UX and UI Design for web-based applications, from concept to shipping release software,
• Strong experience of working in modern collaborative environments (Figma, FigJam, Miro, Google Docs)
• Experience conducting UX research and translating insights from research into actionable design improvements
• Proven ability to create both concepts and high-fidelity designs including detailed interaction flows and visual design mock-ups
• A good communicator, who can creatively and effectively communicate ideas to others, feedback based attitude
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Professional portfolio of design works demonstrating advanced level of UX and UI Design skills
• English level B2

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Customers, Stakeholders, developers and testers to ensure seamless creation and implementation of designs.
• Maintain and update design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Department/Project Description

Candidate will be responsible for designing the new functionalities and maintaining the existing media-management & development-tooling applications for the corporate and community use.
