Listing Manager (Web3/Crypto)

We are looking for our Crypto/Web3 Ecosystem Listing Manager to develop our products on USA, Canada, LatAm and Asian (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Phillipines, Thailand, Vietnam etc.) Web3/Crypto markets. We are considering collaboration with Junior employees (start from comission payment, after 3 month - salary + comission) that have little experience and are willing to buld career in Crypto Product company or experienced ones (Salary + comission)

Cooperation format: Remote

Start: ASAP

Remuneration: Based solely on commission from closed deals (no fixed salary).

Commission Structure:

• Sales from $1,000 to $4,999 — 7%

• Sales from $5,000 to $9,999 — 10%

• Sales from $10,000 to $19,999 — 15%

• Sales from $20,000 and above — 18%

• Sales reaching $50,000 — 20%

• Sales reaching $100,000 — 25%

Commission Distribution:

If a deal is closed with the participation of other company employees, the commission will be shared among all involved team members in proportion to their contribution. The distribution will be coordinated and approved by management.

Work Schedule:

Full-time availability (approx. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday) is expected to ensure consistent communication and productivity.

Tasks:

• Talking about PointPay products;

• Finding new customers through cold prospecting;

• Dealing with "hot" contacts that come from a supervisor;

• Presenting and selling company products;

• Providing support to new customers.

Remote work from anywhere

Flexible working schedule — from 9 till 17:00, 8 hours a day ^_^

Format: Remote, Full-time for experienced, Part-time for trainee/Junior

Salary base salary + % from start for experienced, start with % for Trainee/Junior, but after approbation period (3 months) if we see your results you will receive base salary  + %

Right now we don’t cover vacation and sickleaves, but we have regular salary review after approbation period and 2 times a year
