Bid Manager

  • Project Description:

    We are seeking a Bid Manager (Project Manager/ Deal Coordinator) to join the ХХX Bid Management Team to support the bid process, new business generation activities, and preparation of documentation for formal tenders, handling client requests (RFIs/ RFPs, etc.), and creating content for client's presentations. Multitasking and being proactive is a must. Each team member is also expected to lead one or more internal team areas or initiatives contributing towards evolution of business processes and effectiveness.
    The Bid Manager owns the full bid management cycle to increase efficiency, time to quote, quote to cash and consequently significantly improves our customer experience.

  • Responsibilities:

    Managing multiple, parallel bids to meet sales bid deadlines
    Studying and analyzing bid documents to understand the needs of the client
    Making the proposal structure and bid approach fit the customer bid requirements
    Managing bid pricing and commercial strategy within agreed bid frameworks and approval frameworks
    Managing and reviewing bid inputs (internal and third-party) to ensure high-quality output, e.g. SOW and pricing
    Producing and managing preliminary and final quotes, commercial project contracts, and any document related to the bid
    Documenting/ archiving bid information in dedicated databases and data sharing sites, ensuring that all critical information is
    current and complete
    Coordinating joint efforts of the bid team, distributing the tasks
    Preparing case studies and other reference materials
    Collating materials provided by various departments

  • Mandatory Skills Description:

    A team player with a strong personal integrity
    Motivated, flexible, organized and process-oriented
    Able to track and manage multiple discussion threads and bids, ensuring continuity and follow-up
    Analytical, project coordination and business analysis skills
    Project management experience
    Perfect English (C1)
    Distinct ability to work independently, though being flexible to work under supervision/ in teams
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    Understanding of SDLC

  • Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

    Knowledge of Core Banking and Application Modernization
    Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
    Sharepoint

  • Languages:
    • English: C1 Advanced
    • Ukrainian: C2 Proficient
