Creative Lead/Creative Manager/Marketing Creative Producer/Animation Lead

We are looking for a Creative Lead / Creative Manager who can drive the end-to-end creative production for performance marketing campaigns โ€” from ideation and research to final delivery. You will lead creative strategy, manage production workflows, coordinate designers and animators, and deliver high-performing creatives that directly impact growth and revenue.

 

Responsibilities

Creative & Production

  • Lead the development of creative concepts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads
  • Manage full-cycle production: ideation, pre-production, production, post-production, and quality review
  • Produce high-performance animated creatives (2D/3D) and marketing videos
  • UI/UX animation support for product needs
  • Rapid idea generation and concept testing

     

Performance & Analytics

  • Analyze KPIs (CPI, CTR, IPM) and creative impact
  • Conduct competitive research and trend analysis
  • Optimize creative approaches and formats for better performance
     

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a creative team (motion design, animation, etc.)
  • Upskill designers from junior to middle/senior levels
  • Plan, delegate, and supervise tasks and timelines
  • Build and scale creative workflows from scratch
     

Process & Pipeline

  • Build efficient and automated creative pipelines
  • Implement workflows to speed up production and increase output quality
  • Standardize processes and scale best practices
  • Improve operational efficiency and production performance
     

Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance marketing and creative production
  • Hands-on experience in digital advertising and mobile products (preferably mobile games)
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC and AI-based tools
  • Experience leading creative teams 
  • Strong 2D/3D animation skillset
  • Ability to work with high-volume creative output
     

Nice to Have

  • Experience in mobile gaming or digital products
  • R&D background
  • Proven record of improving creative performance metrics
