We’re growing quickly and looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing who can build and execute a strong online presence, create high-quality content, support outbound and inbound efforts, and work closely with our Head of Growth to scale awareness and demand.

 

This is not a corporate “manager” role — this is a builder role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and making things happen.

 

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing activities that amplify Vivid’s visibility, credibility, and lead generation. You will work directly with the Head of Growth and founders to create content, run campaigns, improve website visibility, build landing pages, and support sales and outbound efforts.

You will own marketing execution — from strategy to hands-on implementation.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Messaging

  • Create high-quality content (articles, landing pages, social posts, emails, explainers, product content)
  • Develop clear messaging for target industries (e-commerce, manufacturing, robotics, AI/CV)
  • Turn complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives
  • Build case studies, visuals, and storytelling assets that support sales

2. Brand & Online Presence

  • Build a powerful, consistent online brand identity
  • Manage and optimize website content, conversions, and messaging
  • Improve SEO fundamentals (with or without agency support)
  • Ensure Vivid’s visual and written content is unified across channels

3. Multi-Channel Digital Marketing

  • Own LinkedIn and social channels end-to-end: ideate and create content, schedule posts, run social campaigns, engage with the audience, and track performance.
  • Manage email marketing and nurturing sequences
  • Support outbound with targeted landing pages and collateral
  • Coordinate content distribution across social channels

4. Collaboration with Head of Growth

  • Align marketing activities with GTM strategy
  • Provide high-value support for outbound campaigns
  • Develop content and landing pages for specific ICPs and verticals
  • Contribute to funnels, lead magnets, nurturing flows
  • Supply sales with the right materials at the right time

 5. Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance across all channels
  • Report insights and recommendations
  • Continuously optimize messaging, campaigns, and content based on data

 

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on B2B SaaS or IT marketing
  • Strong ability to create content with technical depth (AI, 3D, data, or similar domains)
  • Experience running digital campaigns end-to-end
  • Ability to create or oversee landing pages and website updates
  • Strong writing skills (English), with clarity and structure
  • Ability to work independently and execute quickly
  • Comfortable with fast-moving startups and multi-tasking
  • Familiarity with tools such as: HubSpot, Webflow/WordPress, Notion, analytics tools, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads

 

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in AI/ML, 3D, visualization, or computer vision
  • Basic design skills for visuals/diagrams
  • Experience supporting SDRs or sales teams
  • Previous startup or early-stage experience

 

Not a Fit

  • Traditional brand marketers with no SaaS/tech experience
  • Managers who only delegate but don’t execute
  • B2C-only marketers
  • Copywriters with no understanding of B2B buyer behavior
