We are looking for a Publisher Account Manager to help drive the execution of our strategic vision. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing digital publisher accounts, preferably within performance marketing or rewarded advertising. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital advertising and web/mobile-based publishers, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by successfully onboarding new publishers to Adscend’s monetization solutions while nurturing, optimizing, and scaling existing publisher relationships. Ideally, we are looking for someone local to Lutsk who will be able to work out of our office for training, meetings, etc.

 

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly engaged self-starter, has a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and the performance marketing industry, is a fast learner, and is able to make adjustments and shift focus where needed in a fast-paced environment.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Publisher Account Manager for Adscend Media, communication, execution, industry knowledge, and work ethic will play a large role in the day-to-day responsibilities. In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Approving publisher applications and nurturing relationships with prospective publishers to provide encouragement and assistance in integrating our monetization tech
  • Nurturing relationships with publisher accounts to build a strong rapport
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to scale key publisher accounts, and working with pubs to help them achieve success running Adscend’s monetization solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline our publisher communication process, including automated email and workflows
  • Clear communication to your supervisors of external/internal partners, adapting communication style as appropriate to influence positive outcomes.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of account management experience for digital publishers
  • Experience with performance marketing landscape (rewards/incentives a plus)
  • Experience with offerwalls
  • Adept understanding of the advertising industry and the challenges facing digital publishers at large
  • Competitive ‘winning' mentality.
