🎯 The Role
Due to rapid growth, we are opening a new position — Amazon Catalog & Case Manager.
You will take full technical ownership of the catalog and ensure flawless listings across 12 countries.
You will be the “guardian” of the entire Amazon catalog: from listing quality to complex cases and technical blocks.
💼 Must-haves:
🔹3+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (catalog + case management)
🔹Deep understanding of flat files, variations, attributes, backend rules
🔹Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
🔹Excellent English (clear, structured communication)
🔹Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership
🔹Experience in 7–8 figure e-commerce brands — strong plus
Responsibilities:
📦 Catalog Management
▫️Manage and optimize listings across all marketplaces
▫️Handle variations, A+ content, attributes, keywords
🔍 Proactive Monitoring
▫️Daily review of listings in 12 countries
▫️Identify issues before they impact sales
📝 Case Handling & Escalation
▫️Resolve all types of cases: suppressions, BR issues, attributes, compliance
▫️Efficiently escalate and close cases without internal loops
📊 Catalog Health & Performance
▫️Monitor FBA fees, pricing, stock status, and account health metrics
▫️Improve listings using data from Seller Central and Helium 10
🤝 Cross-team coordination
▫️Work closely with founder, head of operations, supply chain, and other teams
❗️Note: This role does not include PPC, logistics, or direct customer service.
