We’re looking for a highly organized, clear-thinking Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator to help manage our daily operations. You will be the connection point between customers, subcontractors, and our internal team — ensuring jobs are scheduled smoothly, communication is clear, and clients receive an exceptional experience.

What You Will Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule and dispatch subcontractors to job sites
- Coordinate time windows, job details, and customer expectations
- Maintain accurate job notes in our CRM
- Resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes with professionalism
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
- Track job progress and communicate updates to the team
- Maintain daily and weekly scheduling efficiency targets

- 90%+ of calls answered within 3 rings
- High booking rate of incoming leads
- Clean, organized schedule with minimal downtime

- Strong communication with customers and subcontractors

Experience & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, call center, scheduling, or customer service (preferred, not required)
- Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
- Comfortable communicating with subcontractors and customers
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours
