Frontend Developer (Angular) $$$$ Offline

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer who will lead the migration of our existing Next.js application to Angular. The ideal candidate has strong experience with modern frontend development, a solid understanding of application architecture, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and React ecosystem
• Solid experience developing applications with Angular
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and frontend best practices
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data fetching strategies, and client-side routing
• Experience with build tools and package managers
• Understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
• Ability to effectively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, code assistants) for improving productivity, debugging, documentation, and development workflows)

Soft Skills & Other Requirements:

• Intermediate English level or higher (verbal and written)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of AI concepts, including agentic AI and LLM security
• Open-mindedness toward using AI in development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, agent mode, BMAD method)
• Experience working with design systems or UI libraries
• Familiarity with testing frameworks
• Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows
• Knowledge of AI concepts, including agentic AI

Job Responsibilities

• Migrate the existing Next.js application to Angular while ensuring feature parity
• Refactor and improve existing frontend architecture where necessary
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to ensure smooth integration
• Maintain clean, scalable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and help establish frontend development standards
• Identify potential risks or issues in migration and propose solutions

The CableOS project is about developing the new software-based network equipment which provides access to Internet/IPTV/VoIP services using powerful servers.

It is an innovative solution for Internet Service Providers which will allow to get analytics of the existing HW equipment and to migrate to the cloud, saving customers the enormous expenses for the support of huge number of hardware network equipment. Currently there are no competitors to this project in the world and Customer offers the opportunity to be at the beginning of the rapid development of the product and the opportunity to take their place in a fast-paced engineering team.
